Rental

No.1 the vehicle is insured for r.c.a. by means of a normal automobile insurance policy with limits provided by law in the country where the vehicle is registered. The company ellebi autonoleggio di lauretta nunzio will not be held responsible for any damage exceeding the limits of the aforementioned policy. The driver (customer or any other person authorized to drive, according to these rental conditions is covered only by collision with other vehicles, with a deductible of: € 500.00. (What is the deductible).
In the case of an at-fault collision (accident for which you are responsible, ElleBi Car Rental will charge in addition to the above deductible any tow truck and/or other charges directly related to the accident.
In the case of an accident caused by others (no fault on the part of the driver) ElleBi will provide FREE replacement car as soon as possible, and if necessary a Transfer service to take our clients back to their hotel/domicile.

N.2.In any case, the company ellebi car rental of Lauretta Nunzio is not liable to the customer, the driver and members of their respective families for injuries and damages of any kind, including economic injury, suffered by them in persons or property as a direct or indirect consequence of accident attributable to the fault of the driver himself, in defective operation of the vehicle or traffic accidents caused by manufacturing defects. In any case, the company ellebi autonoleggio di lauretta nunzio cannot be held responsible for any type of damage to the vehicle (including inside its passenger compartment). The objects left by anyone in the vehicle returned to the company ellebi car rental of lauretta nunzio are considered abandoned and the company ellebi car rental of lauretta nunzio is not obliged to keep and return them. The customer declares that he/she knows, accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the insurance policy.

No.3 theft: no deductible is provided in case of theft

No.4 vandalism, crystals: deductible :€950.00 assimilated to the deductible referred to in point 1

N.5 the customer in case of theft is obliged to bring back the keys of the vehicle, in case he is not able to bring back the keys he will be held responsible and will have to compensate the company ellebi autonoleggio di lauretta nunzio the full value of the vehicle.

n.6 the customer or whoever is authorized to drive is required to reimburse the company ellebi car rental of lauretta nunzio, the damages caused by himself without collision with other vehicles, called autonomous: overturning, off the road, collision against houses, fences, walls or other.. From damage caused by personal negligence both inside the vehicle : burns, stains, broken upholstery and others. And both on the outside of the vehicle : bodywork, mechanical parts, suspension, tires, rims and others, plus expenses for hospitalization in the workshop.

No. 7 the customer declares that he/she knows, accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the insurance policy including the above exclusions of liability.
Pursuant to Art. 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the undersigned declares that he/she specifically approves the preceding rental terms and conditions set forth in Nos. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 above.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the rental Ellebi Car Rental reserves the right to retain the deposit (equal to 30% of the amount) as compensation for the missed rental. In case the customer intends to use a different service (other rental or cab service operated by one of Ellebi Car Rental’s partners) the deposit can be used as a down payment for the new service.
